REVISED SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT

The Pawtucket Water Supply Board (“PWSB”), the Division of Public Utilities and Carriers (“Division”) and the Town of Cumberland (“Cumberland”) have reached an agreement regarding the PWSB’s February 4, 2015 Application To Change Rate Schedules. As such, the PWSB, the Division and Cumberland (collectively the “Parties”) jointly request approval of this Settlement Agreement by the State of Rhode Island Public Utilities Commission (hereinafter “Commission”).1
