This Intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this 1st day of July 2020 between Pinal County Community College District (“Central Arizona College”), and Casa Grande Union High School District No. 82 (“School District”) (collectively “Parties”). Both Parties are public agencies of the State of Arizona as defined in Arizona Revised Statutes (“A.R.S.”) § 11-951.
