COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEENAgreement • December 2nd, 2013
This Agreement is entered into on December 9, 2013, by the Rural/Metro Corporation, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Employer” or “Management”) and the United Emergency Medical Services Workers, Local 4911, AFSCME, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as “the Union”). It is the purpose of this Agreement and the intent of the parties to establish harmonious understandings and relationships between the Employer and the Union. In the spirit of this continuing harmonious and cooperative relationship, the Employer and the Union agree to implement and exercise the provisions of this contract in a fair and responsible manner. Therefore, the parties agree by their duly authorized agents to comply with the terms set forth in the following pages for the specified term of this Agreement.
