MORRIS MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY, a Wisconsin mutual insurance corporation with its place of business at N 1211 Cty Rd B, Coloma, Wisconsin 54930 (“MMIC”), and CLARNO MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY, a Wisconsin town mutual insurance corporation with its place of business at 1922 10th St, Monroe, WI 53566 (“CMIC”, together with MMIC are collectively referred to herein as the “Constituent Corporations” and each a “Constituent Corporation”).
