This Agreement (the “Contract” or “Agreement”), dated as of , 2018 , is entered into by and amongst the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (“SBCTA”), a public entity organized under the laws of the State of California, Omnitrans, a joint powers authority organized under the laws of the State of California, and the Southern California Regional Rail Authority (“SCRRA”), a joint powers authority organized under the laws of the State of California (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
