THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between Sky Chiefs Aviation, LLC (SCA) with its principal place of business located at Williston Municipal Airport (X60), located at 1800 SW 19th Avenue, Williston, Florida 32696, and , the Renter and/or Student. Sky Chiefs Aviation, LLC (SCA), hereby known as the “Operator” will lease to the “Renter” or “Student” upon the terms and conditions herein the designated Aircraft referred to as the “Aircraft” and/or provide dual and supervised flight instruction through FAA Certificated Flight Instructors.
