This License Agreement is made between Spire Technologies & Solutions Private Limited (“Company” which expression shall include where appropriate its affiliates, successors and permitted assigns) and the entity named in an Order Form ("Customer", which expression shall include where appropriate its successors and permitted assigns). The date on which this Agreement becomes binding on the Parties is the date mentioned in an Order Form (“Effective Date”)
