FiledApril 21st, 2018The Board of Trustees, Administration and the Adjunct Faculty of Oakton Community College District 535, having negotiated this contract, recognize that each party’s interests are best served by working together and dealing with each other on the basis of mutual respect and shared interests, attempting in all good faith to live up to the spirit of this Agreement and to take this good faith approach in resolving differences that may arise from conflicting interpretations of the provisions of this Agreement. The parties respect the need to have a continuing dialogue regarding matters affecting the college community.
