THIS LEASE is made and entered into this day of , 2016 between the CITY OF LANGLEY, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, (hereinafter referred to as “the City” or "Landlord") and the Langley Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as “the Chamber” or “Tenant”). The primary intention of this Lease is to provide a Visitor Information Center for the City of Langley and to provide office space for the Chamber.
