On behalf of the Insurer, an insurance intermediary LLC «WELCOME TO UKRAINE», EDRPOU code: 44559356 (hereinafter referred to as the Attorney) may act on the basis and under the conditions specified in the Agency Agreement No. 08-03-19/03-23 dated 07/03/2023 concluded with the Insurer.
