herein as this "MOU"), effective as of , 2019 (“Effective Date”), is by and between the Contra Costa Transportation Authority, a local transportation authority, (hereinafter referred to as “CCTA") and the County of Contra Costa, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY"). COUNTY and CCTA are sometimes referred to together as the “PARTIES,” and each as a “PARTY.”
