INTRODUCTION Nature of Agreement This Agreement is a licence and not a tenancy. This means that you have a personal right to occupy the Room during the Period of Residence but do not have exclusive possession of the Room. This means that we have the right to:1. enter your Room at any time and for any reason (which is similar to staying in a hotel); and2. require you to move to an alternative room (again this is similar to staying in a hotel). Where we exercise these rights we will do so in accordance with these Ts & Cs.Please note that if the Accommodation is owned by UPP (i.e. if UPP are listed as a Licensor in the Glossary), UPP has granted authority to the University to act on its behalf in the conduct and enforcement of this Agreement. In these terms and conditions "you" means the person signing this Agreement and "we" means the "Licensor" as set out in the Glossary (although please note that if the Hall is owned by an organisation other than the University (i.e. the Licensor in t
