SERVICES (“Amendment”) amends the Contract for Indigent Defense Services (“Agreement”) entered into on July 29, 2015, by the City of Bainbridge Island, a Washington State municipal corporation, (“City”) and Thomas S. Alpaugh (“Public Defender”).
