This CONTRACT (hereinafter called the “Contract”) is made on , between National Mission for Clean Ganga (hereinafter called the “Client”, which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, include its administrators, successors and assigns) of One Part and , (hereinafter called the “Consultant, which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, include its successors and permitted assigns and substitutes”) of the Other Part. Consultant shall be jointly and severally liable to the Client for all the Consultant’s obligations under this Contract
