Non-Circumvent/Disclosure Agreement Highlight of This Document Herein:August 29th, 2024
This agreement is only enforceable if you or your buyer circumvents our team and contacts/purchases the property without compensating us for our discovery efforts. If that occurs, we are asking for a 3% fee. If no circumvention is intended or occurs, then signing this agreement is no cause of concern. This form is only based on ensuring everyone’s efforts are fully compensated in broker deals between us. The rest is legalese articulating the details further of this paragraph. However, to be clear, the intent of this document is to protect the sharing of information and nothing else. This agreement does not bind anyone on deals or properties shared prior to the date of signing this document.
