THIS SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED LEASE (the “Second Amended and Revised Lease”) is made effective as of (the “Effective Date”) by and between the City of Quincy, a Massachusetts municipal corporation with a principal place of business at Quincy City Hall, Hancock Street, Quincy, Massachusetts, 02169, acting by and through its Mayor (“Lessor”) in accordance with the provisions of Chapter of the Acts of 2025, and Quarry Hills Associates Limited Partnership, a Massachusetts limited partnership, with a principal place of business at 500 Victory Road, North Quincy, Massachusetts 02171, and its successors and assigns (“Lessee”). Lessor and Lessee may hereinafter sometimes be collectively referred to as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
