The Staff has been working with the Development Review Committee to negotiate the purchase of the Hamburger Home portion of the property at 216 Broadway Street. We had a verbal agreement with the previous owners, LJM Properties. While working on the purchase agreement to get in front of the Council, the property was sold to Bildon Properties. So, we have spent the last few months working on the same deal with Donovan Tegg from Bildon Properties.
