This Final Time Extension to the Term Agreement for P-11065 Osaka Garden Landscape Maintenance (this “Extension”) is effective as of July 13, 2017 by and between the Chicago Park District, a body politic and corporate existing under 70 ILCS 1505/0.01 et seq. (the “Park District”), and Clauss Brothers, Inc., an Illinois Corporation, (“Clauss”). Clauss and the Park District are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
