The Dual Enrollment Articulation Agreement, as required by Section 1007.271(21), Florida Statutes, is made by and between the District Board of Trustees of Tallahassee Community College, hereinafter referred to as TCC, and the District School Board of Leon County, hereinafter referred to as the School Board. The term of this agreement shall commence upon signing and shall end July 31, 2014.
