The purpose of this agreement is to determine and regulate the terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") applicable to the clients of MexTrek Experience, LLC (hereinafter “Andaya") before, during and after the trips organized by Andaya. The Terms shall apply provided that the parties have not agreed to any other terms or conditions, additional or different from those contained in this document. By booking or participating in a trip or any related product or service with Andaya (hereinafter “Trip”) you agree to the following Terms.
