This Agreement is entered into by and between DHL EXPRESS (USA), INC. (hereinafter the “Company”, “Employer” or “DHL”), the TEAMSTERS DHL NATIONAL NEGOTIATING COMMITTEE (hereinafter “TDHLNNC”), and LOCAL UNION 162, AFFILIATED WITH THE INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF TEAMSTERS
