This Memorandum of Understanding and Intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of June 2016, between the County of Sacramento, a political subdivision of the State of California (“Sacramento County” or “County”), and Wilton Rancheria, a federally-recognized Indian Tribe (“Wilton Rancheria” or “Tribe”) (each, a “Party”, and collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
