The above referenced company hereby requests consideration for credit with The Scarbrough Group of Companies (Scarbrough) by agreement and signature of this credit application. Each applicant understands that they are applying for credit for one or more of the Scarbrough Companies (Scarbrough International, Ltd., Scarbrough Warehousing, Inc., Scarbrough Transportation, LLC, Scarbrough Logistics, Ltd., Scarbrough Consulting, Inc., and/or Scarbrough Mexicana.) The decision to grant or deny credit is at the sole discretion of Scarbrough, and no credit shall be granted unless or until approved by the authorized persons of Scarbrough.
