The City and Contractor (“parties”) previously entered into Agreement Amendment No. 1 dated September 12, 2012 and Amendment No. 2 dated November 26, 2012 and Amendment No. 3 dated February 28, 2013. The Agreement, as amended, is further amended to include additional compensation for acceleration costs as a result of delays associated with the project performed by Contractor and paid for by City.
