These Cloud Supplemental Terms amend the Cloud Services Agreement (“CSA”) and the Cloud Services Supplemental Terms (“CSST”) between Customer and SISW solely with regard to the Software-as-a-Service identified on the Order as [NX 2Go] (“NX 2Go”). These NX 2Go Terms together with the CSA and the CSST form the agreement between the parties (“Agreement”).
