Simply put, the supply agreement template is a contract between two parties where the products/goods of one of them are sold on behalf of the other. Ownership of goods/products, although still retained by the first party. The original owner is called a shipper and the seller is a shipper. In accordance with this agreement, goods are shipped or trusted by the shipper, who in turn is instructed to sell the products of the end customers. Shipper payments will be transferred to the shipper only after the goods are purchased by customers. This agreement should not be confused with the Distribution Agreement, as the shipper does not retain ownership of the goods in the first agreement. It acts as a kind of intermediary where goods are temporarily held by them until these goods are disposed of through purchases. It is best to reiterate that the shipper never has ownership of the goods, even if it is at his disposal.
