(the “Beginning Date”), by and between (“Registry Operator”) and Beilong Zedata (Beijing) Data Technology Co., Ltd. (北龙泽达（北京）数据科技有限公司) (“Escrow Agent”). The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (“ICANN”) shall be considered as an intended third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and may claim under this Agreement and shall be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein to the extent related to enforcement of its rights as a third-party beneficiary.
