This Agreement is made effective as of January 8, 2016 by and between Your Company, with its principal place of business at Your Business Location, and NorthWest Data Solutions, hereafter NWDS, with its principle place of business at 2425 Leary Bay Circle, Anchorage, Alaska 99515. In this Agreement, the party who is contracting to receive services shall be referred to as "YC", and the party who will be providing the services shall be referred to as "NWDS". NWDS is the provider of the SMS Pro™ software which enables operators to effectively manage the Safety Management System. NWDS agrees to provide services to YC as defined in the scope of agreement. YC will utilize the SMS Pro™ software to manage its SMS.
