At the request of the Customer and Guarantor ("You"), the Aotea Cabin Rentals (“Lessor”)leases to the You, subject to the terms and conditions ("Terms''), one cabin 4m x 2.4m with the following features: Ranch slider and window, two double power points, outdoor light, central internal lights, smoke alarm, deck, curtain rails and curtains, carpet, caravan led, two wheels and a step (the "cabin"). Note: no drawbar or light bar included.
