THIS INTERNSHIP AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is hereby entered into this ____ day of ______, 20__ (the “Effective Date”) by and between The Johns Hopkins University (“JHU”) on behalf of its Whiting School of Engineering (“WSE”) and INSERT NAME OF COMPANY (“Organization”). JHU and Organization may be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
