The GMS Systems & Services Framework Agreement provides a general set of terms and conditions under which specific purchases can be made. The Agreement will provide a wide catalogue of GP supplier systems and services which can be easily purchased. Each time a purchase is made via the framework agreement a ‘framework contract’ is created. Each framework contract will inherit all the terms and conditions of the framework agreement.
