This Agreement is legally valid agreement relating to the Licensed Program between LICENSOR and LICENSEE. When you open this package, this Agreement becomes effective and you are deemed to (a) agree on this Agreement and on behalf of the entity for which you are authorized to act (e.g., an employer) and acknowledge that such entity is legally bound by this Agreement or, if there is no such entity for which you are authorized to act, you accept this Agreement on behalf of yourself as an individual and acknowledge that you are legally bound by this Agreement, and (b) represent and warrant that you have the right, power and authority to act on behalf of and to bind such entity (if any) and yourself.
