, 2015 by and between CADG 901 AIRPORT FREEWAY, LLC (the “Developer”), a Texas limited liability corporation, and the CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS (the “City”), a home rule municipality organized and existing under the constitution and laws of the State of Texas, for the purposes and considerations stated below. The City and the Developer may sometimes hereinafter be referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
