This Statement of Work (“SOW”) is made and entered into as of the later of the signature dates below (“SOW Effective Date”), by and between Mandiant and Alaska Department of Health and Social Services (“Customer”). This SOW is governed by the Master Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated May 14, 2021, between Customer and Mandiant. Capitalized terms used in this SOW will have the meanings given to them in the Agreement. Services performed outside the Americas will be performed and invoiced by FireEye Ireland Limited d/b/a Mandiant, regardless of which FireEye entity is party to this SOW, and in such cases FireEye Ireland Limited will be deemed “Mandiant” as set forth in this SOW. Services performed within the Americas will be performed and invoiced by FireEye, Inc. d/b/a Mandiant, regardless of which FireEye entity is party to this SOW, and in such cases FireEye, Inc. will be deemed “Mandiant” as set forth in this SOW.
