PROFESSIONAL AGREEMENTProfessional Agreement • August 30th, 2017
In order to execute the provisions of the Chapter 392 of the laws of 1967 (The Public Employment Act) and to encourage a professional working community, this agreement has been reached between the Chief Executive Officer and the School Related Professionals represented by the Saratoga Adirondack BOCES Employees Association (herein referred to as the “Association”). This agreement is designed to promote a professional community for the BOCES characterized by a shared mission, civility, vision, values, collective inquiry, creative collaboration, an orientation towards action, and a willingness to explore: as well as a commitment to continuous improvement and a focus on results. In this way the BOCES can best serve our students and their families as we endeavor to build stronger communities and a prepared, civic-minded workforce.
