SEAL PROJECT 2022 (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Contra Costa County, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”) and the City of Lafayette (“Lafayette”), a municipal corporation of the State of California.
