THIS AMENDMENT (“Amendment”) to Professional Services Agreement is made as of the 21st day of October 2020, by and between the City of Camas, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "the City", and Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc. (HHPR), hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant", in consideration of the mutual benefits, terms, and conditions hereinafter specified. The City and Consultant may herinafter be refered to collectively as the “Parties.”
