Eastward MBT LCC, Trustee of Eastward Homes Business Trust (“Donor”) and the Town of Chatham (“Town”), hereby agree to the within amendment to the Land Donation Agreement, dated February 6, 2020, wherein the Donor agreed to donate and convey, and the Town agreed to accept the donation and conveyance, of the fee simple interest in the parcels of land located at 1610 and 0 Main Street, Chatham, respectively identified by Assessors' Maps 9E- 2-1 and 9E-2-2, encompassing the entire parcels presently owned by the Donor as more particularly described in the deed recorded with the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 29443, page 31, for the exclusive purpose of developing a new Chatham Council on Aging facility.
