The purpose of this agreement (this “Agreement”) by and between A-lign (“A-lign”), a Florida Limited Liability Company with its principle place of business at 2202 N. Westshore Blvd. Suite 200 Tampa, Florida 33607, and the counterparty to this Agreement whose name is set forth below (“Signatory”), is to set forth the confidentiality terms that A-lign and Signatory have agreed to abide by regarding Confidential Information (as defined below). This Agreement is dated as of the effective date set forth opposite A-lign’s signature below (the “Effective Date”). A-lign and Signatory are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties,” as the case may require.
