THIS AGREEMENT (hereinafter, the “Agreement” or the “Contract”) is made this 20th day of October, 2022, by and between the VILLAGE OF WESTMONT (hereinafter referred to as “Village”) and PONTIFEX CONSULTING GROUP, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”) for the performance of certain professional services for the Village in connection with Total Classification & Compensation Study (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”, the “Work”, or the “Services”).
