This First Amendment to the Dual Enrollment Articulation Agreement by and between the School Board of Clay County, Florida (the “School Board”) and The District Board of Trustees of Santa Fe College, Florida (the “College”), which was effective August 1, 2015 (hereinafter the “Agreement”), is hereby entered into and shall be effective as of August 1, 2018.
