On February 14, 2019, the Clark County School District (CCSD) Board of Trustees approved a Tuition Agreement between CCSD and Nye County School District (NCSD). Upon approval, the Tuition Agreement was submitted to NCSD for signature. However, the legal counsel for NCSD requested to have Section 7, Indemnification, revised to include a dual indemnification clause. CCSD Office of the General Counsel and NCSD legal counsel have agreed to the requested revisions. The revised Tuition Agreement is being presented to the Board of School Trustees for approval.
