For $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby agree that (“Owner”), who owns or controls the recording(s) listed below (“Recordings”), shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all results and proceeds of my services as a musician, singer and/or other contributor for said Recordings and all rights therein as a work made for hire specially ordered or commissioned by Owner and as defined in the United States Copyright Act of 1976, including, without limitation, all literary and musical material and/or any ideas, compositions, arrangements, translations, creations and products for any media now known or hereafter devised, resulting from or incidental to the same, for all purposes in connection with the distribution, advertising and exploitation of such results and proceeds or any part thereof in connection with the Recordings.
