This Amendment No. 2 to that certain Job Order No. 6 is made and entered into on 4th day of March, 2010, by and between the City of Tempe, an Arizona municipal corporation (“City”) and SDB, Inc., an Arizona corporation (“JOC”) (“Amendment”) under the Job Order Contract between the same parties on May 28, 2009, as amended by that Addendum No. 1 dated July 2, 2009 and Amendment No. 1 dated September 15, 2009 (“Contract”), hereby amends said Job Order as follows.
