This Agreement is entered into this 1st day of July 2024, by and between the San Mateo County Community College District, a political subdivision of the State of California, having its principal business address at 3401 CSM Drive, San Mateo, CA 94402 (hereinafter called "SMCCCD") and Jefferson Union High School District, a unified school district formed and existing under the laws of the State of California, having its business address at 699 Serramonte Blvd. Suite # 100, Daly City, Ca. 94015 (hereinafter called “JUHSD”).
