On Oct. 10, at the signing ceremony that was held at Nagasaki University, President Shigeru Katamine of Nagasaki University and Vice Chancellor Professor Richard K. Mibey of Moi University signed an Agreement of Academic Cooperation, as well as a Memorandum of Understanding on Student Exchange Based on the Academic Cooperation under the presence of concerned parties, the Dean of Graduate School of Engineering, Professor Takakazu Ishimatsu, Professor Senya Kiyasu, and Professor Tomoaki Itayama.
