This Charter for Unidos Dual Language Charter School (“Charter”) is entered into by and between the Unidos Dual Language Charter School (“Petitioner”), the Clayton County Schools Board of Education (“Local Board”) and the State Board of Education (“State Board”) (collectively referred to as “the parties”).
