This Agreement shall apply to “Kemanevic Pty Ltd ABN 71849119337 as trustee for the Francis Family Trust” trading as Cartwright Carriers (referred to hereafter as the employer) engaged in, or in connection with, or incidental to the operations of the Employer in the State of Queensland and for whom classifications and rates of pay appear hereafter.
