These Purchase Terms and Conditions for the contractors of Aspena, s.r.o., comp. reg. no. 607 51 185, with its registered office at Gorkého 15, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, and Aspena, s.r.o., comp. reg. no. 35845040, with its registered office at Trnavská cesta 5, 831 04 Bratislava, Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as Aspena), effective from 15 March 2023, will apply to the relations arising between Aspena and the contractors on the basis of the contract document as of 4 April 2023

These Purchase Terms and Conditions for the contractors of Aspena, s.r.o., comp. reg. no: 607 51 185, with its registered office at Gorkého 15, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, and Aspena, s.r.o., comp. reg. no. 35845040, with its registered office at Trnavská cesta 5, 831 04 Bratislava, Slovak Republic (hereinafter also referred to as Aspena), effective as of 15 March 2023, will apply to the relations established between Aspena and the contractors on the basis of the contract document as of 4 April 2023.
