The following contract general terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Agreement”), shall apply to the service offered by RCS Mediagroup S.p.A., with registered offices in Milan, Via Angelo Rizzoli 8, share capital Euro 475,134,602.10 fully paid-in, Tax ID, VAT Reg. ad Registration with the Milan Business Registry no. 12086540155 - Registration with the Milan Business Registry and of the Italian companies of the Group to the Vendors and govern the registration with the List of Vendors and the interaction procedure between the parties for exchanging documents annexes, information collected in the "Procurement Portal of RCS MediaGroup", which can be accessed from the address: https://supplier.rcsmediagroup.it (hereinafter “RCS Procurement Portal”).
